• New Diet Log Added - Friday, June 19, 2009 With this new log, you can track your caloric intake. How fattening was that extra piece of chocolate cake? How much protein was in that 72 oz steak I ate? This log is our first to use new icon Action buttons that require less space, so more of your content is visible. When you hover your mouse pointer over a button, you'll see its tool tip. If you like them, we'll use them in all of the logs. Let us know what you think.

• Launch of i-Goals Google Gadgets - Friday, June 20, 2008
We've just released our first of several health and fitness calculators as a Google Gadget. The Nutritional Needs Calculator, which calculates the ideal quantity of protein, carbohydrates, and fat you need to gain, lose, or maintain weight is available now on this Google Gadgets page.
As always, that calculator and all the others are still available for FREE for all visitors here on i-Goals.
