Personal Logs
Several free, personal logs are available to members of i-Goals. These logs allow you to track statistics associated with your fitness and activities. The list of available logs at i-Goals is growing, and suggestions are always welcome. Currently, we offer the following free, personal logs to our members:
My Logs Page
Your "My Logs" page (visible to members) is simply the parent page to all of your individual personal log pages. It only provides you with a large calendar to show you, at a glance, all of your entries from all of your logs, for the current month. Your log
entries are colour coded to make viewing the calendar easier, and are not seen by other members. Clicking on a log entry on your calendar will show you the details of that entry.
This calendar is a larger version, with slightly more information displayed, than the smaller calendar displayed on each of the individual personal log pages. The sample calendar shown below displays one log entry from each of several different personal logs offered by i-Goals.

Managing Individual Logs
If, as a member of i-Goals, you wish to add, delete, or edit any of your log entries, those operations are provided on each of the personal log pages.
An entry is made to one of your logs by filling-in the form found on that specific log page. The forms provide many fields for information about your log entry. Only a few pieces of information are required.
Other information is optional, so you can be as detailed, or as vague, as you want to be. To find out about the individual personal logs, please continue your tour.
