Daily Water Requirement
This calculator estimates your Daily Water Requirement (DWR) based upon your body weight and usual activity level.

Note: When you are active you need to consume more water in order to stay hydrated.

Warning: During exercise watch for signs of dehydration which may include dry lips, noticeable thirst, muscle cramps, weakness, difficulty paying attention, headache, nausea, fatique, and dizziness.
Instructions
Select whether to want to record your weight in either Metric or Imperial units.  Input your weight and select your regular activity level (Sedentary, Average, or Active).

Click the Calculate button and your Daily Water Requirement (DWR) will be displayed in both mililitres and ounces.
