Well then, hopefully you can find what you need at one of the many fixed links or advertisements found at i-Goals. Advertisements are tailored, to the best of our abilities, to the page you are viewing.

This web site has been verified to work with the web browsers show below. Other browsers may work as well, but they have not been tested.
Each browser has its own characteristics and default behaviour. As a result, cosmetic differences can be noticed from one browser to another.
When considering internet security and compatibility, newer versions of browsers are always trying to address these issues.

JavaScript is a lightweight programming language that is embedded in millions of web pages to add interactivity, add functionality, improve the web site design, validate forms, and much more.
i-Goals is an interactive web site. This means you don't just go to a page and read stuff; you also enter information about your activities. For i-Goals to function properly, please enable JavaScript in your browser.

Enable Web Browser Cookies
A cookie is a piece of information that is temporarily stored on the visitor's computer by the web site page you are visiting with your browser. This piece of information is used by your browser the next time you visit that page. Cookies are simple pieces of data unable to perform any operation by themselves. They are neither spyware nor viruses.
Most features of this web site do not require the use of cookies, but a few do.
One example is the collapse/expand feature. Clicking the or icons located at the top corner of individual modules uses cookies to remember which modules you collapsed, so they appear collapsed the next time you visit that page. If the cookie is deleted, the module will appear expanded.
Another example is the cookie that manages proper refreshing of your calendar when an item is deleted.
Our cookies do not read any of your personal information on your computer, and your browser can discarded all of them after you are finished your visit to i-Goals.
To activate all of the functionality on i-Goals, please enable cookies for this web site. The browser's help files will show you how to do this, or you can click the button below to check if cookies are already enabled. This test requires JavaScript to be enabled in your web browser.

Enable Web Browser Pop-Up Windows
Pop-up windows can be annoying. Many of them are just advertisements, so most of us disable them in our web browsers. But sometimes they can be useful, like on i-Goals. We have a few pop-up windows, that are really just hyperlinks, that take you to web pages containing useful information about something you are using on our web site.
As an example, we have a pop-up window that contains descriptions of weight training exercises in the weight training log.
Most web browsers will let you to specify which web sites are allowed to open pop-up windows on your computer. Please allow i-Goals to open pop-up windows. They are not advertisements. They are just windows with information to better your experience at i-Goals.
You can check if your web browser is blocking pop-ups by clicking on the button below to see if a pop-up window appears containing descriptions of weight training exercises. This test requires JavaScript to be enabled in your web browser.

Screen Width
Any web site must balance the need to accommodate narrower computer screen widths with web site layout that is easy to read and use.
Some of the forms and tables used on this web site are inherently wide. i-Goals works best with a computer screen width of 1280 pixels, or wider.
Most newer computer screen widths are at least this wide. You can check your screen width by clicking on the button below. This test requires JavaScript to be enabled in your web browser.
This web site will still work on computers with narrower screen widths, but some of the wider items will just extend off to the right side of the screen.
For those occasions, you can just use the scroll bars, provided by your web browser, to scroll across the screen to see everything.
